The Laramie Project

I am appearing in The Rise Up Project’s production of ‘The Laramie Project’, directed by Patrick Rogers, and will be streamed via The Camarillo Skyway Playhouse. It is a play based on the true events that happened in Laramie, Wyoming, in 1998, where Matthew Sheppard, a 21 year old gay student was kidnapped, tortured and beaten, and left hanging on a fence for 18 hours, he died six days later. It was the first time that a hate crime was prosecuted in the United States. The play is based on interviews with the citizens of Laramie, over the course of 2 years.
I am playing the part of Fred Phelps, and multiple roles. Below is a link to purchase tickets for the online screening.
